Position Overview
The Events Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering all events related to project launches, sales activation, client engagement, and corporate branding for the Oman branch. The role ensures that every event supports the company’s strategic objectives, enhances the customer journey, and strengthens brand presence within the Omani real estate market.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage the annual events calendar aligned with project launches, marketing initiatives, and sales priorities.
- Conceptualize event themes, formats, and overall experience for launch events, open houses, roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate functions.
- Prepare detailed event plans including budgets, schedules, floor layouts, and communication guidelines.
Execution & On-Site Management
- Lead all logistical arrangements including venue booking, décor, branding materials, catering, AV, staffing, and guest flow.
- Oversee on-site management to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
- Implement effective lead-capture processes and ensure seamless handover of leads to the sales team.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and event service providers.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, community partners, and venue operators.
Compliance & Local Regulations
- Ensure all events comply with Omani laws, municipal regulations, and venue requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for permits, approvals, and security if needed.
Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotions including digital campaigns, invitations, social media, and PR.
- Ensure all event branding aligns with company guidelines and project identity.
- Support photography, videography, media coverage, and influencer engagement during events.
Reporting & Performance Measurement
- Track event KPIs such as attendance, engagement, lead quality, customer feedback, and ROI.
- Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain an organized database of vendors, costings, and event assets.
