Event Production Assistant

Job Title: Event Production Assistant (Props & Paint)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:
Life In Bloom is an event production company and we are seeking a hands-on team member to assist with the creation and preparation of custom event elements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paint and finish event props including pedestals, bars, backdrops, and other custom pieces
• Apply vinyl graphics to seating charts, signage, and backdrops with precision
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including organizing, prepping, and maintaining inventory
• Support production team with setup and breakdown preparation as needed
• Ensure all pieces meet quality standards and are event-ready

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Comfortable working with hands and using basic tools
• Ability to manage time and stay organized in a production environment
• Team-oriented with a positive, reliable attitude
• Prior experience with painting, scenic work, or vinyl application is required

Work Environment:
This is an active, on-your-feet role that combines creative production work with warehouse responsibilities.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
