Event Project Manager

Job Summary

Wasserman Live delivers world-class sports and entertainment environments globally. This role supports delivery of the AFC tournament Dressing, Signage and Wayfinding programme across host venues in Saudi Arabia, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and venue stakeholders to deliver installations safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers and venue stakeholders to deliver programme activities.

· Maintain accurate documentation and trackers to support operational delivery.

· Support planning, implementation and completion of assigned tasks within the programme.

· Coordinate installation planning across venues ensuring teams, materials and equipment are scheduled correctly.

· Maintain installation trackers and daily progress reports during venue delivery.

· Coordinate operational teams including installers, contractors and suppliers.

· Monitor installation quality and manage snagging or rectification processes.

· Support maintenance and operational readiness throughout the event period.

Skills and Experience

· Experience working within events, operations, logistics or related industries.

· Strong organisational and coordination capability.

· Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

· Strong communication and problem solving skills.

· Fluency in English required. Arabic language skills are beneficial depending on role.

Additional Requirements

· Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends during peak delivery periods.

· Ability to travel between host cities and venues as required during the tournament delivery phase.

· Valid driving licence preferred due to the operational nature of the role and travel between venues.

Pay: ﷼10.00 - ﷼15.00 per month
