We’re partnering with a leading experiential and live events agency in Dubai that’s known for delivering world-class brand activations, immersive experiences, and large-scale events across the region. They’re looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team — someone who lives and breathes experiential, thrives under pressure, and can take a project from brief to brilliant execution.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple experiential projects — ensuring every element is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations. You’ll work closely with internal creative, production, and client servicing teams, as well as external suppliers and venues, to bring bold ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns, activations, and live events
• Take ownership of project timelines, budgets, and client communication
• Work with creative and strategy teams to translate concepts into workable event plans
• Oversee production schedules, technical requirements, and supplier coordination
• Ensure all health & safety, logistics, and operational details are in place
• Manage on-site event delivery, including setup, show flow, and breakdown
• Identify risks and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver best-in-class service

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in event or experiential project management (agency-side preferred)
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident client communicator with strong presentation skills
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• UAE experience highly advantageous
