Experience: 0–2 years | Location: Sector 65, Gurugram | Travel: Up to 10% (across NCR)

About the Role

Are you passionate about sales, events, and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Event Sales Executive (Event Curator) to join our growing team in Gurugram.

You’ll work with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling!), understand client needs, and curate personalized event concepts — from decor and food to themes and experiences.

If you love closing deals, building trust, and turning client visions into memorable events, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calls!)
• Understand client preferences, budgets, and event goals
• Curate personalized event concepts — F&B, décor, entertainment & more
• Close deals through trust and tailored recommendations
• Collaborate with the operations team for smooth event delivery
• Share insights with marketing & content teams to improve lead quality

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, event planning, or F&B
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales, storytelling, and customer engagement
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven personality
• Background or interest in Food & Beverage / Events industry is a plus
