Hiring – Female Event Sales Executive

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (with assignments in other major cities as required)

Salary: 70K to 120K

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant sales experience in:
  • Local industry sectors: FMCG, Banking, Healthcare, Technology, or other corporate environments.
  • Experience with leading government organizations or public sector institutions will be considered a plus.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and well-connected Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B & B2C sales, client acquisition, and relationship management, preferably within FMCG, Banking, Healthcare, Technology, or other leading sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pakistan’s corporate and institutional landscape, with the ability to drive exhibitor and sponsorship sales for high-impact exhibitions and conferences. Experience working with government organizations or public sector institutions will be considered a strong asset.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent networking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to meet revenue targets through effective sales planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and engage potential exhibitors, sponsors, and partners from targeted industry sectors including FMCG, Banking, Healthcare, Technology, and other commercial domains.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Present event concepts, exhibition opportunities, and sponsorship packages to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, exhibitors, and sponsors.
  • Act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and tailor event participation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are executed seamlessly.

3. Market Research & Networking

  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging industry trends, potential exhibitors, and competitive activities.
  • Expand personal and organizational networks by engaging with industry associations, chambers, trade bodies, and government entities.
  • Attend relevant networking events, conferences, and meetings to generate leads and strengthen industry presence.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the event operations, marketing, and project teams to align sales strategies with event objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Ensure all sales documentation, contracts, and client data are accurately maintained

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, especially in exhibitions, sponsorships, and event participation.
  • Proven sales track record with measurable achievements.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop customized sales strategies for diverse industries.
  • Familiarity with Karachi’s corporate ecosystem and networks in other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable with digital communication platforms and virtual meetings.
