Event Sales Manager (Local Hire – Qatar Only)
Location: Doha, Qatar

About CLSTR
CLSTR is a leading events and entertainment management company based in Qatar, delivering exceptional experiences across festivals, large-scale activations, and corporate events.

We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated Event Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen our client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the events and entertainment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and sponsors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be currently based in Qatar (local hire only).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
