Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic event sales plans
  • Build new client portfolios and manage relationships with existing clients
  • Respond to event inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling presentations
  • Manage individual and team performance to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Oversee event contracts and manage the post-sales process
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through reporting and analysis


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel or event industry
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong client relationship and sales management skills
  • Effective presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented work approach
  • Experience in hotel pre-opening, launch events, or large-scale event coordination is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
