Event Sales Manager

Job Overview

Marcem Event Solutions is looking for a results-driven Event Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities, convert leads into long-term clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong corporate networking skills and proven experience in B2B event sales.

This role requires someone confident, target-oriented, and passionate about closing deals in the event management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new corporate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and brands
  • Pitch event concepts, proposals, and customized packages
  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends
  • Attend business meetings and client presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event sales / corporate sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience dealing with corporate clients and brands
  • Knowledge of event industry pricing and budgeting
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Skills

  • Existing corporate network in Karachi
  • Experience working in an event management company
  • Strong presentation and proposal-making skills
