Event Support Team – Barbacks, Servers & Event Assistants (BarBae Miami)

Position Overview:

BarBae is looking for dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented event support staff to join our team! We’re hiring Barbacks, Servers, and Event Assistants who help make our events run smoothly and bring the BarBae experience to life. If you love working in fun, fast-paced environments and being part of a team that delivers great vibes—this could be the perfect fit for you.

Available Roles:

Barback

Supports bartenders with setup, restocking, and breakdown. Keeps the bar organized, refills ice and garnishes, and ensures the team always has what they need to keep service running smoothly.

Server

Engages directly with guests, takes and delivers drink or food orders (depending on event), and maintains a clean, organized service area. Keeps guests happy with quick service and a positive attitude.

Event Assistant

Provides general event support—helping with setup, decor placement, guest flow, supply runs, and breakdown. This role is all about adaptability and teamwork to keep events running seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of mobile bar events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
• Support bartenders and event leads as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold BarBae’s high-energy vibe
• Follow safety and service guidelines at all times
• Represent the BarBae brand with professionalism and personality
• Be comfortable appearing on camera during event content creation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or event work preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to different event settings
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfortable being on camera during content capture
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (ability to drive a van is a plus)
