The Role
We are seeking a
proactive, highly organised, and creative Events & Marketing Co-Ordinator
to support the planning and execution of member events, promotional activities, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is confident working with high-profile members, partners, and suppliers while representing a premium brand.
Key Responsibilities
Events Coordination

Plan, organise, and deliver high-quality member and promotional events, both in-house and with external providers

Manage all event logistics, including venues, guest lists, suppliers, and timelines

Attend and oversee events to ensure flawless execution and an exceptional guest experience

Prepare detailed event schedules and run-sheets for management

Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure best value and quality
Marketing & Content Support

Assist in creating and scheduling content for
Instagram and LinkedIn
(posts, stories, reels, and event promotions)

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality brand assets
-
Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic across all communications

Draft copy for invitations, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
Client & Partner Engagement

Act as a professional point of contact for potential members, partners, and suppliers

Support VIP guest management and high-touch client experiences

Assist with outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building with collaborators and prospective members

Always communicate in line with Muscat Elite’s premium brand image
Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate event budgets, invoices, and supplier records

Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports and analytics for management

Keep CRM systems, databases, and mailing lists up to date

Support operational tasks related to membership, bookings, marketing, and customer service
Skills & Experience
Essential

Experience in events, hospitality, marketing, or luxury service environments

Strong organisational and project-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English and Arabic

Strong numerical and budgeting skills

Confident use of
Instagram and LinkedIn
for business purposes

Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines

Professional, polished, and confident representing a premium brand

Valid
Omani driving licence and own car
