Role Purpose


This role will support the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms. With increasing campaign volume and complexity, the Performance Marketing Executive is required to ensure timely execution, performance tracking, reporting, and testing — enabling the team to move faster, improve efficiency, and continuously enhance campaign results.


The role is highly operational and performance-driven, focusing on implementing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving measurable outcomes aligned with business and brand objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Execution & Management


  • Support the implementation and deployment of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate campaign setup including targeting, budgets, ad formats, and placements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely launch of campaigns in line with marketing plans.


Monitoring & Optimization


  • Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure delivery and efficiency.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
  • Assist in A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and formats.
  • Flag underperforming campaigns and suggest improvement actions.


Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Maintain dashboards and performance trackers.
  • Prepare regular campaign reports and insights for management review.
  • Support attribution, funnel tracking, and ROI measurement.


Data & Insights


  • Analyze audience behavior and performance trends.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels.
  • Support continuous learning and benchmarking initiatives.


Collaboration & Coordination


  • Work closely with Content, Creative, and Marketing teams to align messaging and performance objectives.
  • Coordinate approvals, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
  • Support alignment with brand, product, and business priorities.


Requirements


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Data/Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing (agency or in-house).
  • Experience working with paid media platforms and analytics tools


Skills & Competencies


Technical


  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tracking platforms.
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and performance metrics.


Additional Information


  • Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is an advantage.
  • Experience in real estate, e-commerce, lifestyle, or service-based industries is preferred.
