Events Business Development Head

As Head of Business Development, you will lead Marka's commercial function and drive the next phase of growth. You will own the full business development cycle, from building pipeline to closing high-value opportunities, while positioning Marka as the partner of choice for clients across Saudi Arabia and the region.

You will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales pipeline, leading key accounts from first contact through to project close, developing commercially sound and tailored proposals, identifying partnerships that expand Marka's reach and revenue, and more.

Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the events sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience managing enterprise or high-value clients
  • Ability to structure and lead complex proposals and negotiations
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market and business landscape
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially driven, with a strategic mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment
