We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially aware, and operationally strong Events & Catering Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

This is a key role for a professional who can successfully lead events and catering operations, manage teams on the ground, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of the business through market knowledge, client engagement, and business development efforts.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to balance excellent execution, team leadership, and client satisfaction, while also having the confidence and network to help bring in new opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full cycle of events and catering operations, from planning to execution
• Supervise teams on-site and ensure all events are delivered smoothly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Understand client requirements and ensure high-quality execution that meets expectations
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, operations, and logistics teams to ensure readiness and efficiency
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and operational excellence
• Handle challenges on-site with confidence, speed, and professionalism
• Identify business opportunities and support the growth of the events and catering division
• Contribute to securing new projects through strong industry presence and professional relationships
• Monitor event performance, service quality, and overall client experience

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in events, catering, hospitality, or a related field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Commercial mindset with the ability to support business development
• Strong understanding of the Riyadh market
• Existing network and professional relationships are highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Professional presence, strong personality, and high sense of responsibility
