· Assist in planning and executing a wide range of internal, external, and CSR events, including employee engagement activities, wellness programs, cultural celebrations, team-building events, townhalls, and customer facing events.

· Coordinate all event logistics including venue setup, catering, audio-visual requirements, décor, and on-ground coordination, ensuring a seamless experience.

· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality execution.

· Develop event pitch decks and proposals for internal stakeholders, aligning event objectives with business goals and audience expectations.

· Manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event reports with ROI analysis.

· Maintain event calendars, execution timelines, and detailed post-event documentation including feedback and improvement plans.

· Ensure all events and engagement initiatives reflect the company’s culture, values, and DEI commitments.

· Collaborate closely with HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams for integrated event planning and communication.

Stay updated on industry trends, employee engagement practices, and innovative event experiences.
