The Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Events Team plans and executes small client events as well as the support for the Private Bank's participation in the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference. You will have the opportunity to directly support and partner with Asset Management (AM) Event Planners.
As an Events Management Analyst within the Asset Management Events Team, you will report to the Head of West Private Bank Events supporting the Bay area and plan/execute small client events from concept to execution on an as needed basis. You will play a role in the event strategy for the Northern California team, bringing creative ideas, suggested venues and proposed content to the market with considerable thought to strategic execution. In addition, you will assist your manager and colleagues with work related to event responsibilities including the Private Bank’s participation in the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference, you will also provide support to the West Region Head of Events for special projects on an as needed basis. You will also primarily focus on local/regional client events but can be involved in large events targeting a global client base.
