Events Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of real estate events that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a creative and highly organized professional who understands the real estate market and knows how to create impactful open houses, property launches, networking events, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage real estate events such as property launches, open houses, private viewings, investor meetups, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align event strategy with business goals and lead generation targets.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, permits, staffing, staging, catering, AV, and branding.
  • Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with agents, developers, and partners to ensure property features and selling points are effectively showcased.
  • Manage event promotion across digital channels (email campaigns, social media, website) and print media.
  • Ensure all events reflect the company’s brand image and customer service standards.
  • Collect attendee feedback and analyze ROI for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a calendar of upcoming events and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle post-event follow-ups in collaboration with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in event planning, preferably in real estate, property development, or luxury retail.
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and buyer/investor behavior is a plus.
  • Proficiency with event planning tools and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for event schedules.
  • Driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Real estate industry experience or background in high-value sales events.
  • Strong network of vendors, venues, and industry contacts.
  • Experience managing luxury or VIP experiences.
