Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets and KPIs.

  • Manage all event inquiries from initial contact to execution, ensuring client requirements are met and events run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering client feedback to enhance future planning.
  • Generate corporate and private event business to grow brand hospitality.
  • Work with Marketing to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Identify and implement new business opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Maintain accurate sales databases, inquiries, and client records.
  • Administer client contracts and paperwork.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts where needed.
  • Actively participate in industry events and networking to promote the brand and stay updated on trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager to support the success of the events department.
