Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wedding & Events Manager for a luxury hotel/resort / high-end events company in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end wedding & social event operations: from client consultation and proposals, through planning and logistics, on-site execution, and post-event review. Fluent in both English and Arabic is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and planning process for weddings and social events: client briefings, proposals, budgets, contracts.
• Build event timelines, manage suppliers/vendors (decor, F&B, entertainment, AV, logistics).
• Coordinate internal teams (sales, banqueting, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring communication in both Arabic and English.
• Oversee on-site event management: setup, execution, guest experience, and problem-solving.
• Post-event review: gather feedback, analyse success metrics, update processes and reports.
• Maintain industry network (vendors, planners, DMCs) and keep up with trends in wedding experiences in the UAE market.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years (or more) experience in wedding/social event planning and execution in Dubai/UAE.
