Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Events Specialist
to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events that align with the organization’s strategic objectives. The role is key in enhancing engagement, promoting initiatives, and delivering seamless experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, audio-visual requirements, and travel arrangements.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand event objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.

Develop event materials, invitations, and communication plans.

Monitor and evaluate event success, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health, and safety regulations.

Support marketing and communication efforts related to events.
Core Requirements

3–6+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Experience coordinating with vendors, venues, and service providers.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience working in semi-government or public sector organizations.

Knowledge of digital event management tools and platforms.

Experience supporting corporate or large-scale events is a plus.
