Housing Case Manager ~ Department of Corrections Contract

Reports to Housing Case Manager Supervisor

Location: Dauphin County (surrounding counties)

Rate: $15-$20hr. 40 hours a week

Start Date: 3/16/2026-3/31/2026

Job Qualifications:

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Strong computer skills, navigating online software: Dropbox, google drive, etc.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to record and send data in professional and organized manner
• Associates Degree preferred, however, high school diploma and at least 2 years’ experience working with offender/at risk population
• Current State, federal and child line clearances
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel
• Must have personal transportation and proof of insurance
• Successful ex-offender is a plus (parole recommendation)
• ***Spanish Speaking a plus (additional pay offered)****

Description:

Case Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks/duties:

• Manage a caseload of assigned clients, keep current and accurate documentation
• Assist clients with securing housing and linking to supportive services
• Develop and maintain relationships with landlords
• Schedule meetings with clients at approved locations (Dauphin, Lancaster, York)
• Complete contact note/monthly goal report for all contacts with clients
• Submit all activity reports in a timely manner
• Complete additional training as needed
• Participate in all scheduled team meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
