Excavator Operator

We are looking for a Excavator Operator Driver who will be responsible for operating excavators and related heavy equipment to perform digging, trenching, loading, and other earthmoving tasks at construction, mining, or infrastructure project sites. The operator ensures the safe and efficient use of equipment, performs routine maintenance checks, and follows all safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skilled in operating excavators and related heavy equipment for digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation.
• Knowledge of equipment attachments (hydraulic hammers, buckets, augers, etc.) and their safe usage.
• Ability to perform routine inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs on excavators.
• Experience in excavation for utilities, foundations, road works, and landscaping projects.
• Familiarity with UAE road regulations and safe transportation of heavy machinery.
• Ability to load/unload machinery onto trailers and move between job sites.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training in heavy equipment operation is an advantage).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Heavy Vehicle & Excavator/Heavy Equipment Operator license category as per RTA).
• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator and Heavy Vehicle Driver (minimum 2–5 years preferred).
• Certification or training in heavy equipment operation and safety (advantage).
• Skilled in handling heavy excavation equipment with precision and safety.
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, site foremen, and ground workers for efficient operations.
• Ability to complete tasks within set project deadlines.
• Capable of working in different terrains, weather conditions, and project types.
