Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Expert to support reporting, data analysis, and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong analytical mindset. This role requires handling large datasets, building dashboards, automating reports, and ensuring data accuracy for management review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
  • Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for management.
  • Create and optimize advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF statements, nested formulas).
  • Design Pivot Tables, charts, and dynamic dashboards for reporting purposes.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Excel functions and macros (if applicable).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in reporting, MIS, or data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, dashboards, data validation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports under strict deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with CRM, billing, or ERP systems.
