About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Excel Reporting Specialist to support our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. This is a full-time, onsite night-shift role based in Karachi, aligned with U.S. healthcare hours (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT, Monday–Friday).

In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and analyzing operational and financial reports that support decision-making across billing, collections, and overall RCM performance. The ideal candidate brings advanced Excel expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of RCM workflows and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RCM operational and financial reports using advanced Excel
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering:
• Accounts Receivable (Aging) trends and follow-ups
• Denials and denial trend analysis
• Billing and charge analysis
• Collections performance
• Team productivity and efficiency
• Design and manage interactive dashboards for leadership and operations teams
• Use Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and advanced formulas to automate reporting
• Clean, validate, and consolidate large datasets from multiple RCM data sources
• Identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities within RCM operations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery of all reports
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Billing, and Collections teams to align reporting with business needs
• Support ad-hoc data requests and management analysis

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• XLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH
• Power Query
• Advanced formulas and data validation
• Dashboard creation
• Hands-on experience with RCM reporting, including aging, denials, billing, and collections
• Ability to work with large datasets and complex reports
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet reporting deadlines
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with U.S. healthcare hours
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
