About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited , the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. What you will do?


Purpose:

This role to drive operational excellence across the after sales department by conducting comprehensive process reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing standardized operating procedures as per HOD direction. This role will also support the Head of Aftersales in executing digital transformation initiatives and creating educational content to enhance customer experience and dealer capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process excellence initiatives by reviewing end-to-end aftersales and spare parts processes, mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and updating SOPs, checklists, and job aids for standardized execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline handoffs, strengthen process alignment, and monitor compliance through KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Support digital transformation by contributing to dealer portals, mobile apps, digital warranty systems, and customer-facing digital tools such as chatbots, FAQs, and self-service platforms.
  • Develop digital training resources, e-learning modules, and engagement content including how-to videos, maintenance guides, and troubleshooting materials.
  • Create educational and customer care materials such as owner manuals, service schedules, safety instructions, recall notices, and communication templates aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Design and support training content for dealers and technicians, including warranty procedures, parts identification, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.


Education:

Master’s or Bachelors in Business Administration/ Operations Management/BS Agricultural Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics from HEC recognized University.


Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with strong academic background and internship experience encouraged to apply).
  • Exposure to automotive, heavy equipment, or manufacturing industries preferred
  • Prior experience in process documentation, quality assurance, or operations roles is advantageous
