Execution Head/ Project Manger

Job Opportunity: Project Director / Head of Execution

We are seeking a high-caliber, technically sound Project Director to lead our execution wing in Lahore. This is a leadership role designed for a veteran who can translate high-end designs into reality across multiple sites simultaneously, encompassing construction, interior fit-outs, and maintenance services.

Based near Wapda Town, you will be the central pillar connecting our in-house design team, site supervisors, and the finance department to ensure every project is a masterpiece delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Oversight: Simultaneously head multiple commercial, industrial, and residential projects, ensuring they meet our gold standard of quality.
• Leadership & Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of site supervisors, ensuring clear communication of project goals and daily tasks.
• Design Alignment: Work in close coordination with our in-house design team to ensure site execution stays 100% faithful to the original architectural and interior blueprints.
• Timeline & Progress Control: Develop and enforce strict project schedules (Gantt charts/milestones), proactively solving bottlenecks before they cause delays.
• Cross-Departmental Synergy: Align with the Procurement team for timely material delivery and the Finance department for budget tracking and payment cycles.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Vet, onboard, and manage specialized subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is highly preferred.
• Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction and premium interior fit-out projects.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of civil works, MEP, finishing materials, and interior detailing.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
• Problem Solving: A "boots-on-the-ground" leader who can troubleshoot technical site issues instantly.
