Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must be based in Lahore and possess their own bike for site visits. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, visiting project sites, handling event management activities, and liaising with banks and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit different sites for event management and project coordination.
• Conduct visits to banks and other financial institutions as required.
• Work on project rate calculations and quotations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Lahore.
• Must have a personal bike and a valid driving license.
• Educational background: B.Tech, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event management or project coordination.
• Knowledge of project costing and rate analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
