Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields of a Reputable University,
  • Min. 3-5 years experiences in Grains, Feed and Oilseeds Sector or Shipping/Chartering Execution,
  • Completed GAFTA or FOSFA trainings and certified by GAFTA or FOSFA or If it is from shipping/chartering related trainings in the shipping,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and ERP system,
  • Communicate effectively to establish and maintain relationships with other departments,
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, team player, flexible, stress tolerant and hard working,
  • Having an excellent time management and problem solving skills,
  • No restrictions on traveling.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and nurture relationships with strategic stakeholders, managing client interactions and business partnerships to implement trade compliance operations strategy,
  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of trade compliance laws, regulations, practices, and procedures to supervise, approve, and make decisions affecting trade compliance operation,
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders such as customs brokers, government agencies, and trade compliance associations,
  • Ensure global trade compliance operations procedures adhere to proper due diligence, demonstrating reasonable care standards,
  • Manage and control global trade compliance operations for the location,
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes for the trade compliance operations team, emphasizing process improvement for enhanced performance, reduced execution costs, and increased efficiencies,
  • Lead and develop a team, making decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
