pladis is looking for Demand Planning Director for our pladis Supply Chain Team.

Key Deliverables

• Improve Supply Chain Reliability: Deliver a step-change improvement in forecast accuracy and bias, directly reducing unplanned production runs, emergency freight costs, and material shortages.

• Enable Proactive Operations: Lead the monthly S&OP cycle to provide a stable, long-range demand signal, giving our manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams the visibility they need to plan efficiently.

• Optimize Cash Flow & Service: Design and execute an inventory strategy based on your demand plan, directly improving working capital, minimizing obsolescence risk, and hitting customer service (OTIF) targets.

• Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the key liaison between Sales/Marketing and the Supply Chain, ensuring that commercial plans are fully integrated and executable from an operational perspective.
