Supply Planning Leader - Istanbul

We are a multinational chemical company with a complex portfolio and distribution set up in Turkiye. We are looking for a "Supply Planning Lead" who will work as a part of our Supply Chain Organization.

Qualifications:

University degree preferably from an Engineering Department
Minimum 4 years of experience Supply Chain planning, preferably in supply planning.
Excellent command of MS Excel and experience SAP.
Excellent ability of both written and spoken English
Self motivated and a good team player
Strong analytical & good communication skills
Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Supply Planning Leader will be responsible for:

Leading the subcontractor manufacturing process, making sure of the plan realization.
Sharing the SKU based monthly long term production planning and short term weekly production plan with subcontractors; identifying and taking action for capacity constraints with purchasing team.
On time delivery of raw and pack materials for each manufacturing plant.
Maintain 95% OTIF service target for product of responsibility.
Minimizing the physical stock discrepencies in related plants by tracking monthly stock deviation of top products and root causing.
Continuous improvement of subcontractor process as per guidelines of global team.
