Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
Execute
end-to-end bulk hiring
for field sales and frontline roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and hiring agencies.
Manage
high-volume walk-ins and mass recruitment drives
for sales positions.
Maintain a healthy talent pipeline to meet business requirements.
Partner with business leaders and regional managers to understand hiring needs.
Coordinate with external vendors and staffing agencies for third-party payroll hiring.
Ensure alignment of hiring processes with company standards and SLAs.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews for frontline roles.
Pre-screen candidates for cultural fit, communication skills, and sales aptitude.
Organize and facilitate large-scale selection events.
