We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to drive bulk hiring for our field sales teams across PAN India . This role involves high-volume recruitment, coordination with agencies, database management. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, agile, and capable of delivering results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
  
  

Execute end-to-end bulk hiring for field sales and frontline roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and hiring agencies.

Manage high-volume walk-ins and mass recruitment drives for sales positions.

Maintain a healthy talent pipeline to meet business requirements.

• Stakeholder Management:
  
  

Partner with business leaders and regional managers to understand hiring needs.

Coordinate with external vendors and staffing agencies for third-party payroll hiring.

Ensure alignment of hiring processes with company standards and SLAs.

• Screening & Selection:
  
  

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews for frontline roles.

Pre-screen candidates for cultural fit, communication skills, and sales aptitude.

Organize and facilitate large-scale selection events.
