Coordinate with Stores, Product/QC departments, and support teams to address customer complaints and queries

Communicate directly with customers via calls and emails to resolve issues and handle exceptional cases

Manage and track inventory at the location, including receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch to warehouses or branches

Prepare and share daily and weekly dashboards covering customer complaints, queries, feedback, and performance analysis

Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and dispatch of articles

Maintain and update CRM database, including customer profiles, complaints, and query records
-
Assist in preparing monthly scorecards for Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)
Requirements

Bachelor's degree
-
2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
