The Executive Administrative Assistant will directly support the Executive Leader of Intel's Data Center Group.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will perform various administrative, organizational, financial, operational, and project-related activities in support of senior and executive level staff. Owning the calendar and overall schedule for the executive, making changes in real time as business priorities shift and providing advanced support to senior executives by regularly handling confidential information and performing advanced administrative support.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Exercises diplomacy, tact and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of the organization including staff at all levels.

  • Keeps abreast of all organizational changes and business developments and maintains in-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.

  • Demonstrates strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.

  • Works closely with Executive Team (ET) administrative staff, demonstrates strong communication skills and works well on an executive support team, both individually and as a team member.

  • Makes extensive travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.

  • Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events, and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, face to face meetings, etc.

  • Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and uses discretion and judgment to ensure applicable private proprietary business information, data, transactions and correspondences maintain confidentiality and sound judgment.

  • Receives, interprets and evaluates the level of significance of information requests, takes appropriate responsive action, and determines when the executive or other staff should be notified or involved. In the executive's absence, ensure that requests for action or information are distributed to the appropriate staff member.

  • Anticipates the business needs of the leadership team/admin team, proactively formulating and evaluating solutions and/or recommendations to facilitate meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

  • Maintains accurate and detailed records, meets deadlines, and manages multiple projects and processes in support of various operating departments.

  • Assists in resolving administrative needs for improvement/problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

  • Interprets program guidelines, practices and requirements to perform specialized administrative support functions.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualification to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years relevant experience

Relevant work experience should be of the following:

  • Administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Calendar management

  • Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), travel tools, purchasing and finance systems.

  • Working with external partners and customers at C-suite level.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$119,420.00-168,590.00 USD (Hourly Role)

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Work Model for this Role
