At Coastal Computer Consulting, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service through a seamlessly integrated team. We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join us in a dual role supporting both service desk operations and leadership execution.
Your Mission:
As a key member of our administrative team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth service desk operations, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing essential assistance to our leadership team. You'll work closely with the Operations Coordinator to maintain uninterrupted service and drive consistent execution across various functions.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with dispatch duties and service request coordination to help ensure client requests are routed and handled efficiently.
- Conduct client and prospect outreach calls and maintain clear documentation of interactions and updates.
- Support marketing and outreach workflows including communication and event preparation.
- Manage leadership calendars, track action items from meetings, and send reminders to help ensure priorities move forward.
- Occasionally attend company events, some that may occur in the evening or on weekends.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software

Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
