Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars using Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive executive administrative support including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing meetings.
  • Coordinate projects by tracking deadlines, preparing reports, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Handle office management duties such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and overseeing front desk operations.
  • Organize events and meetings by planning logistics, preparing agendas, and coordinating with vendors or participants.
  • Serve as a point of contact with excellent phone etiquette, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an executive administrative or office management role with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry systems.
  • Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; capable of transcription and proofreading documents effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
