Senior Executive Assistant.
Location: Kansas City, MO (Headquarters).
Schedule: Full-time, M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Master’s Transportation is looking for a proactive, highly tech‑savvy Senior Executive Assistant to support our President and executive leadership team. This is a role for a strategic partner — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leverages technology to streamline operations, and ensures the executive office runs with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and optimize executive calendars, meetings, communications, and travel using advanced digital tools.

Create polished presentations, reports, and documents by leveraging Microsoft Office and other platforms.

Research, gather, and synthesize data to support decision-making at the executive level.

Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and thorough preparation.

Capture and track action items, ensuring follow-through and visibility across stakeholders.

Serve as the connective hub between the executive office, internal leaders, and external partners.
What You Bring:

Tech-forward mindset with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital communication tools, and modern workplace technology.

3–5 years of administrative experience, including at least 1 year supporting executives.

Outstanding communication skills — written, verbal, and digital.

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Associate’s degree in business or relevant field — Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment:
