You will rotate across the five divisions of BV Innovations — learning the business from the inside out — while providing high-trust executive support directly to the founder and senior leadership. You'll be embedded in deals, operations, and strategy from day one.This role is built for someone who wants to grow into a Chief of Staff, Operations Director, or Division Lead — and is willing to earn it by doing the unglamorous operational work first.Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the founder and senior team- Rotate through divisions (Family Office, Data Centers, Energy, Real Estate, Ventures) on a structured schedule- Serve as a force multiplier: own follow-up, track deliverables, close loops- Draft correspondence, board materials, investor updates, and internal communications- Conduct research, competitive analysis, and briefing documents on demand- Coordinate across legal, finance, operations, and external advisors- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion- Anticipate needs, not just respond to themWhat We're Looking For- 2+ years of executive support experience in a fast-paced environment- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Obsessive attention to detail and follow-through- High EQ: can read a room, manage relationships, and navigate ambiguity- Tech-savvy: proficient in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management tools- Trustworthy, discreet, and calm under pressure- Ambitious: you want this to be a launchpad, not a landing spotCompensation and Benefits- $65,000-$90,000/year depending on experience- Health, dental, vision insurance- 401(k)- Paid time off- Direct mentorship from the founderLocation: Austin, TX (On-site)To apply: careers@bvinnovations.com or visit bvinnovations.com/careers
