Assistant to Partner, Investor Relations

Our client is looking to fill the role of Assistant to Partner, Investor Relations. This is an incredible opportunity to be at one of the world's top PE firms for a Partner and team in their IR space that will give you real responsibility, visibility, and a true seat at the table.

• 4 Days/1 Remote
• Up to 120k base + ot + discretionary bonus
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• This role supports 2–3 senior executives, offers a structured 9–6 schedule (with one remote day), built-in OT, and access to best-in-class onsite amenities (catered lunch, gym, etc).
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years assistant experience supporting senior leaders in high-volume financial services
• Exceptional calendar, travel, and operational management
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong Excel skills — and the ability to clearly articulate how you use them
• Impeccable detail orientation, judgment, and communication
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Concur, PeopleSoft (or similar)
