Overview
A growing technology company is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative, financial, and logistical responsibilities. The position involves both professional and limited personal administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
- Coordinate and book travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Track receipts, expenses, and assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare expense reports and maintain organized financial records
- Assist with basic financial tracking related to personal investments and accounts
- Handle correspondence, email organization, and follow-ups
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and internal communications
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with research, document preparation, and administrative projects
- Support various day-to-day operational tasks for the CEO
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with bookkeeping, expense tracking, or financial administration preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
