Executive Administrative Assistant

Role Overview

This position supports a corporate law firm partner in a fast-paced legal practice. The successful candidate gets results through systematic planning, strong follow-through, and disciplined attention to detail while maintaining complete confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the partner’s calendar, email, and priorities

• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and follow-ups

• Maintain organized legal records and documentation

• Communicate professionally with clients and internal staff

• Ensure commitments, deadlines, and tasks are completed on schedule


Required Experience

• Minimum three years supporting an executive or senior leader

• Strong working knowledge of Gmail Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

• Experience managing calendars, communications, and confidential information

• Legal experience helpful but not required
