Equity Clinic is a family planning clinic located in Champaign, Illinois. We provide an inclusive, patient-centered, and safe clinical environment for patients to access abortion and contraception services and to provide medical education opportunities to train future generations of clinical advocates.
Position Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the daily administration of providers, staff, visitors, and patients at Equity Clinic in a professional manner.
Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as an executive administrative assistant. Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills. Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills. Passionate about healthcare equity and excellence.
