EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

This Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions in support of assigned executives. This role acts as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external customers.

A day in the life as an Executive Assistant...

Arrange and coordinate logistics of complex domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries to assure accuracy
Manage complex calendars for executives and support keeping them on schedule
Create content for meetings, including agenda reports and presentations
Assist executives in the timely management of all communication
Act as a liaison to coordinate and resolve problems and issues related to administrative matters
Handle confidential information which would have an immediate major impact on the company operations, performance, or value, if shared beyond its intended audience
Communicate effectively and efficiently with associates and business contacts at all levels

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong drive for results, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities at the same time

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

5+ years experience as an executive administrative assistant or senior executive assistant, including supporting at the C-suite level
Proficiency with Google Workspace

Starting Rate: $32.64 - $43.25

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
