As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the executive office operates with efficiency, precision, and purpose.
This position goes beyond traditional administrative support. It is about being a trusted partner, anticipating needs, and enabling high-level leaders to focus on what matters most. You will serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams, clients, and the broader community, helping to execute key initiatives, streamline operations, and uphold BSI's standard of excellence.
In this role, you will directly support the CEO and work closely with the Executive Affairs Manager to manage priorities, communications, and logistics, ensuring alignment across the organization. Your ability to exercise discretion, think proactively, and deliver seamless support will directly contribute to BSI's continued growth and success.

Work closely with the Executive Affairs Manager to drive alignment, organization, and operational excellence across the executive function.
Qualified Candidates Should Possess:

2+ years of experience in executive administration or a similar high-level support role.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and summarize complex information clearly.

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships with executives, clients, and internal teams.

Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Experience managing calendars, travel, meetings, and executive-level logistics.

Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, balancing big-picture priorities with day-to-day details.

Strong problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making ability.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity.

Flexibility to support occasional after-hours executive needs.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
