About our client:

Addison Group is partnering with a large, fast-evolving organization to hire an Executive Administrative Assistant II. This company is in a period of growth and transformation, offering a mix of established processes and new initiatives. The role supports senior HR and Talent Acquisition leadership and provides strong visibility across the organization.


Job Description:

This role provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complex calendar management, including scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups
  • Arrange travel plans and manage related expenses
  • Draft and edit presentations, reports, and executive communications
  • Assist with planning and facilitating leadership meetings, including agenda creation
  • Partner with internal teams to support cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects


Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2–6+ years of administrative or executive support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders
  • Background working in larger or corporate environments
  • Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking tools (e.g., Workday, ATS platforms)
  • Experience assisting with presentations or meeting facilitation


Additional Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)
  • 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion
