Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Requirements (not limited to):

Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, travel, and planning sessions; prepare agendas, materials, and briefings. Serve as liaison between the CEO, internal departments, leadership, external partners, hospital leadership, and medical staff. Coordinate Board and committee meeting logistics, prepare and distribute documents, maintain minutes, and track action items. Act as point of contact for community leaders, vendors, and partner organizations; organize CEO‑hosted meetings. Maintain filing systems for correspondence, reports, contracts, and confidential documents; ensure records meet policy and regulatory requirements. Manage contract, insurance, and survey renewals as assigned. Assist HR with orientation, onboarding, and administrative tasks. Support Executive Office/HR operations and special projects. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide support during emergency operations.

High school diploma required; proficiency in Word and Excel; must pass drug test and background check.
