I am Tali Kogan, founder of Tali Kogan Styling Studio and Malkari Jewelry. My life’s work is

empowering women to lead with confidence, style, and the kind of presence that changes the energy of every room they enter.

Tali Kogan Styling Studio is a luxury personal styling practice serving high-achieving women in Chicago and beyond. We do not just style clothing. We create transformation. Through personal style and queen energy, we help women step into their power, lead with confidence, and feel fully expressed in who they are. Every client experience is white-glove, deeply personal, and designed to help her see herself differently.

Malkari Jewelry is my second brand—a spiritually and edgy jewelry collection created to adorn women with intention. Every piece in the collection is designed to remind her that she is a queen. Powerful, unstoppable, and resilient. Malkari is growing beautifully. We have a new spring collection launching, with a strengthened online presence and clients ordering from around the globe.

Both businesses are scaling. I am expanding my stylist training program to empower the next generation of stylists to build their own businesses using my methodology and resources. I am launching online masterclasses and educational programming so more women can access this work. I am growing my event presence and my visibility.

My vision is clear. A business that operates with excellence and runs beautifully, even when I step back to lead from my highest self. This is not just growth. This is legacy.

What You Will Own and Embody

Protect My Time and Energy

One of the most meaningful ways you will support me is by protecting my time and energy. You will be entrusted with my full calendar ensuring that every appointment and commitment reflects my priorities to allow for my highest impact. When my calendar breathes, I can lead. When my time is protected, I can focus on growth, our clients, my family, and on the vision, I am building.

Be the Voice and First Touch

You will be trusted with access to all inbound communications—email, text, voicemail, DMs. You will be the thoughtful voice that responds on my behalf, maintaining the warmth, tone, and professionalism this brand requires. You will know what needs my attention and what does not. You will shepherd the flow of communication so that I can focus on what matters most.

Create Seamless Flow

You will help me with wellness appointments, errands, household logistics, and family needs, allowing all my priorities to flow together. When everything flows, I can lead from my highest self.

Translate Everything into Action

You are the steward of our Asana workspace. Every conversation, voice note and verbal direction is translated into clear action items with due dates and assigned to the right person ensuring that what needs to happen, happens.

Be the Connective Thread Between Me and the Team

You are the liaison between me and the studio and Malkari teams. You will know who is doing what, what is on track, and what needs attention. Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are completed, deadlines are met, and communication stays clear. When we sync each morning, you will have the pulse of everything.

Hold the Studio with Care and Excellence

Our studio is a reflection of everything we stand for. You oversee studio operations ensuring it is visually stunning, organized, and always ready for clients. You will take pride in this space, and it will show.

Support the Full Client Experience

Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. You coordinate the full arc of their experience. From scheduling, appointment preparation, alteration management, and consignment oversight. You will work with the team to ensure that every touchpoint feels personal, seamless, and exceptional.

Coordinate the Behind-the-Scenes of Styling

There is real beauty in the behind-the-scenes work of styling. You coordinate wardrobe pulls, store pickups and returns, shipping, and package logistics across both brands. You will work closely with the team to ensure everything flows smoothly.

Support Malkari’s Growth

Malkari Jewelry is a growing world of its own. You coordinate with the Malkari team on order fulfillment, shipping, merchandise organization, and collection launches.

Own the Master Calendar for Both Brands

Holding the master calendar for both brands is a responsibility that touches everything. Every launch, event, photoshoot, and milestone moves with greater intention when someone is devoted to its planning, coordination, and precision.

Bring Events to Life

From intimate masterclasses to larger brand activations, you will coordinate the planning and logistics to bring our events to life—overseeing every detail from the first idea to the final moment.

Support Visual Storytelling

You will help coordinate Malkari photoshoots—scheduling, product preparation, and behind-the-scenes capture. With an eye for authentic storytelling, capture organic moments at the studio and on location that bring our brand to life across social media and beyond.

Grow the Brand’s Reach

As the business grows, you will support newsletters and content creation, PR outreach, platform tools, and client communications. This is an opportunity to leave a meaningful imprint on how this brand reaches and serves the world.

What Working Together Will Feel Like

We will start each morning with a brief sync—what is on the calendar, what needs attention, where the team is on key projects. Communication will flow primarily through text and Asana, keeping me informed, the team on track, ensuring that I always have visibility without being in the weeds.

You are in the studio most days, holding the space, the energy, and the standard this brand requires. There will also be flexibility and as we build our rhythm together, we will find what works.

This is a relationship built on trust, open communication, and shared values. I will invest in your growth. I will give you real feedback. I will celebrate your wins. In return, I need your full presence, your ownership, and your very best.

I am not looking for someone who just shows up. I am looking for someone who is all in.

What You Bring - Experience & Background:

• Two to five years of experience supporting a founder, creative entrepreneur, or executive—ideally within a lifestyle, fashion, or service-based environment
• Proven experience managing executive time, communication, and logistics including complex calendars, inboxes, travel, and project follow-through
• Strong organizational and coordination skills. You know how to keep moving pieces aligned, timelines tight, and people accountable
• High proficiency with tech systems and tools including Google Workspace, Asana or similar project management platforms; experience with Wix and ManyChat is a meaningful plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent a leader’s voice and energy with both accuracy and elegance
• A track record of being trusted with high-level access and responsibility—with the executive presence, discretion, and judgment to match

Who You Are:

• Based in the Chicago area and available for consistent on-site work at the studio. Relocation assistance is not available for this position
• Reliable personal transportation required—you will be transporting packages, supporting logistics, and running errands across both brands
• Process-oriented but flexible—you create clarity and structure, and thrive in dynamic environments
• Naturally proactive—you solve problems before they surface and always think three steps ahead
• Steady under pressure—calm, clear, and committed, even when things are moving fast

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chicago, Illinois. Hybrid flexibility will develop as our rhythm does.

Compensation range 55,000-65,000 will be discussed during the interview process and is commensurate with experience. Performance bonuses tied to business milestones are available.
