Responsibilities:
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for executive leadership, managing correspondence, communications, and inquiries with sound judgment and discretion.

Manage complex calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel logistics, proactively prioritizing commitments to optimize executive time and effectiveness.

Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and visual materials, including charts, tables, and briefing documents to support strategic initiatives.

Support internal communications by recommending content, format, and distribution methods to ensure clarity and alignment.

Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings and events, including vendor engagement, contract negotiation support, and budget-conscious execution.

Monitor and assist with budget tracking, variance review, and administrative expense management in partnership with Finance.

Maintain and organize documentation, team sites, policy materials, and distribution lists to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and version control.

Provide project coordination support for recurring and special initiatives, including meeting preparation, action tracking, research, and follow-up execution.
Skills:
-
Intermediate professional or theoretical knowledge and fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization in the execution of assigned duties and responsibilities

Basic understanding of budgetary concepts and procedures

Intermediate understanding of departmental structure and policies with an elementary understanding of the cross-functional structure and policies of Whataburger Restaurants LLC

Basic ability to delegate tasks and get work done through others

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Experience:

0-6 months experience preferably in the restaurant industry
