What is the position?

We are looking for an experienced full-time executive assistant to join our headquarters team to support our vice president of manufacturing and his production teams. You will be assisting him and his team with their day to day activities.

To be successful in this role, you must be confident, have a positive attitude, be extremely organized, easy to work with, be able to be given a project and run with it, be skilled in providing accurate work, be a strong troubleshooter, and be able to work well in a fast- paced, team-oriented manufacturing atmosphere. From day one, you will be treated like an asset, and we will welcome your input and opinions to ensure we continue to provide the best products to our customers.

This is not a job where you will be just sitting at a desk all day. It will be a mix of working out on the production floor and in an office, running errands, helping with inventory counts and planning, running his calendar and schedule, assisting with payroll, and more. If you're looking for a desk job where you answer phones all day, this is NOT that position!

Previous executive-level assistant experience is a requirement for this opening. This position will require daily high-level problem-solving and a strong ability to assess the situation and figure out a way to resolve the needs of our production teams. Has anyone in your life ever told you that you're an organized badass? If yes, this is the role for you! You should be structured enough to stay organized and on top of needed tasks but flexible enough to pivot when quick changes are necessary.

Your hours of employment are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:00pm. There will be some days where you will need to stay a bit later, but it isn't that common.
