Executive Administrative Assistant / Manager

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced business.

This is not a typical admin role. You’ll help manage leads, schedules, and daily operations. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow.

This role is meant for someone who enjoys being behind the scenes, being a team player, and supporting the business by taking care of the agent so they can perform at a high level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Respond to leads (calls, texts, social media) and help schedule consultations
  • Maintain CRM with accurate notes, tags, and follow-ups
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders
  • Support client communication and follow-up
  • Assist with events, client gifts, and relationship management
  • Keep systems organized (email, CRM, calendar)

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility may be needed
