Executive Administrator

Responsibilities

You will play a central role in supporting leadership, building systems, and helping scale the team:

  • Manage recruiting processes: post job ads, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist in hiring decisions
  • Maintain and track applicant pipelines and hiring metrics
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, and performance tracking
  • Oversee vendor relationships and handle procurement needs
  • Communicate with team members via phone, chat, and email
  • Assist with HR functions, including payroll adjustments, benefits, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records
  • Address employee questions and support a positive workplace culture
  • Help compile HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in administration, office management, HR, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and general computer use
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven

Education & Experience

  • 2+ years of administrative experience required
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred (not required)

Job Details

  • Pay: $23 – $30 per hour (based on experience)
  • Type: Full-time, In-person
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
